We accept all returns within a 30 day period.
All of our products are shipped to you in sealed packaging to maintain earring sterilization. If this packaging is opened or tampered with in any way, the earrings are no longer sterilized and are not suitable for resale therefore a refund will not be granted. This is a zero tolerance policy.
Additionally, all shipping costs back to us are non refundable. All gift wrapping purchases are non refundable. Exceptions: If the order was damaged during transit or if there are manufacturing defects then your earrings are covered under our 120day warranty in which case the order will be fully refunded.-Use a dry cloth or tissue to clean your posts regularly
-Medical grade saline or warm water with a drop of dish soap can also be used to clean your earrings
-Do not use jewelry cleaners or any alcohol based products on your earrings
